I've always had a vivid imagination.


Very early on, writing became an outlet: I invented stories, I transformed what I observed around me and I lent other lives to people, places and everyday situations.


Then words became a profession.


I started working freelance for writing platforms. I wrote about products, prepared tips and user guides. Gradually, the topics broadened. Travel, well-being, entrepreneurship, history and literature allowed me to explore other worlds and learn to write to inform, explain, and share—all while maintaining my own voice.


In 2010, this activity took the name LEDILA, a name taken from Bakoko, one of the languages of my country of origin. This choice places the company in a history older than its own: mine, that of my culture and my Cameroonian roots.


LEDILA was born in the second bedroom of my apartment, with a computer, orders to fulfill, and the desire to build a real business around writing. Since then, the company has grown, gone through several transformations, and opened up new territories.

Zenabou coordinates the agency and its tasks with the precision of someone used to juggling multiple balls at once—literally. A sports enthusiast at heart, a soccer player, she's the head of the local maracana team and a mixed soccer team, a detail her Monday morning meetings never hint at. In her forties, versatile, and a badass without making a fuss: at LEDILA, we've finally learned that you should never underestimate her based on appearances.

William Ongoum

Project Manager


William is a jack-of-all-trades at LEDILA: a bit of coding, a lot of coordination, and a definite knack for putting off until tomorrow what could wait until the day after. Discreet as can be, everything changes when he's in charge of a training session. IT is his second career—teaching is perhaps his true talent.

Gaëlle works from Singapore, which has never stopped her from delivering her texts on time—in addition to her job as a bilingual call center operator and her personal e-commerce business, which she manages simultaneously without ever really knowing when she sleeps. Extremely dynamic, frank, passionate, with an insatiable curiosity, and above all, she always has the last word!

Carine—not to be confused, there's already one in management—quickly found her place. Bubbly, cheerful almost every time, the office fashionista, a staunch feminist, she has an opinion on everything and says it with a smile. Slender and graceful, she nevertheless hides a healthy appetite that she embraces without inhibition. A little absent-minded, but everything is forgiven as soon as she smiles.

Hermine Ndolo

Head of Communications


Hermine is one of the newest members of the team. She inherited all of LEDILA's communications: social media, PR, press relations. She has a dizzying flow of ideas if she weren't so radiant in her delivery. Always smiling, always pleasant, the youngest member of the team nevertheless runs her own show—and, in parallel, her own podcast channel. And like her colleague Carine, she fully embraces her ambition... At LEDILA, it must be contagious.
